Meet Our Doctors
Meet Dr. Jeffry Wu, O.D.
Dr. Wu earned his Doctorate of Optometry from the University of California, Berkeley, where he also earned the Johnson & Johnson Award for Excellence in Contact Lens Patient Care. Prior to his optometric education, Dr. Wu graduated with honors from University of California, Irvine with a bachelor of science in biology and a minor in management. Dr. Wu has also won the 2022 California Optometric Association Young Optometrist of the Year award.
Dr. Wu’s clinical experience includes training at Vandenberg Air Force Base Optometry Department (Lompoc, CA), Highland Hospital Department of Ophthalmology (Oakland, CA), VA Sierra Nevada Healthcare System (Reno, NV), and VA Los Angeles Ambulatory Care Center (Los Angeles, CA). Dr. Wu is a past president of the Inland Empire Optometric Society and he is currently a member of the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, and the Inland Empire Optometric Society.
In his spare time, Dr. Wu enjoys playing racquetball, traveling, hiking, and camping with his wife and daughter.
Dr. David Sabbah
Dr. David Sabbah graduated from UC Berkeley School of Optometry in 2011. Prior to his optometric education, he attended an Optician School in Paris, France, and received a Bachelors of Science degree in microbiology from UC Berkeley.
He taught at UC Berkeley and practiced in multiple settings in the Bay Area before moving to Redlands in 2017 and partnering with Dr. Wu to open State Street Optometry in 2020.
On weekends you will find him in local parks playing tennis or soccer. He also loves to travel and enjoy good food. He and his wife are now proud parents to their little boy born in 2019.

Melissa
Melissa Ortega is our front desk employee with exceptional customer service. She likes to go above and beyond for her patients/customers. Her goal is always making sure everyone comes in and leaves with a smile. If Melissa is not at work she spends most of her time with her daughters and loves to enjoy the beaches or watching a good movie.
Alicia
Alicia is a dedicated optical biller and optician with over 15 years of experience in the optical industry. She excels in managing insurance claims and billing processes for optical services and products, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Alicia loves spending time with her family at Disneyland or traveling.
Noah
My name is Noah and I am an optician. I love to help patients with their optical needs. I’m always willing to lend a helping hand. In my free time, I like to go on walks, play games, and spend time with family.
